- A 58 years old male patient visited our clinic from West Bengal. He saw our website and reached us through phone call our treatment coordinator clarified all his doubts and then he came here for the treatment.

- Patient came with a chief complaint of shaking teeth, ill-fitting denture which causes ulcers at times with which he can not eat properly which gave him many general health issues.
- On clinical examination: Patient presented with multiple mobile teeth, denture for his missing lower front teeth, gum problems, etc.
- Patient presented with a medical history for diabetes, hypertension, and gastric problem.
- Digital photographs and radiographs were taken to plan his treatment.

- Day 1: At around 9 am his consultation started, on the same day all his mobile teeth were removed and dental implants were fixed under local anesthesia in both the jaws.
- Day 2: Impression(measurement) of both the jaws were taken, jaw relation done and wax trial seen
- Day 3: Provisional bridge fixed with temporary cement for him to check the chewing and comfort.
- Day 4: Provisional bridge fixed with permanent cement.
- He had 2 visits of check-up before he left for his home town.
